HEMA Youth Program

Our youth program introduces students to the centuries-old tradition of training with medieval longswords, and other historical weapons, just like the knights of old. Students will learn fundamental motor skills, strategy and tactics, and medieval history while having fun playing competitive combat games.

Cost: $75 per month

Start Date: Friday April 4th 2025 (continues indefinitely)

Day: Friday (with the exception of Holidays or other unexpected occurances)

Time: 7:00pm - 8:30(ish)pm

Details:

  • For ages 11 to 14.
  • What to bring? Comfortable clothes, athletic shoes, water, groin protection.
  • We do not require the purchase of a uniform or belts.
  • This course includes moderate physical activity and combat games with other students.
  • Participation is first-come-first-served and space is limited.
  • Membership dues are nonrefundable.
