Title: 1-on-1 HEMA Coaching
Description: If you don't have time to attend our weekly sessions or feel like you need personalized training, we offer 1-on-1 coaching. This can be in-person or virtual and cover most weapon systems. The content of each session will be customized according to your specific needs.
Cost: $150, nonrefundable
Duration: 4 X 1-hour sessions (1 per week)

Details:
- What to bring? Comfortable clothes, athletic shoes, water, groin protection (if in person).
- This course includes moderate physical activity.
- Participation is first-come-first-serve and space is limited.
- Virtual sessions will require high speed internet and a webcam.
- If you aren't able to attend a scheduled session, limited accomodations may be made, but make-up sessions are not guaranteed.
